Employees,
contractors, consultants, and Executive Advisory
Board members (agents) must conduct themselves
in a manner that avoids conflicts of interests and
upholds our business reputation.

2: Confidentiality/Proprietary Information |

All client
information and records of client engagements
will be kept confidential and be used solely for
the services requested. Agents will not take
advantage of client information for themselves
or others. Agents will not allow conflicts of
interests to provide a competitive advantage to
any client or business through the use of
confidential information from another client or
source. DTS will respect the intellectual
property rights of our clients, other consulting
firms, and we will not use this information or
methodologies without permission.

Principle
3: Engagements & Fees |
|
DTS will accept only
engagements for which we are qualified by experience and
competence. We will assign staff to client engagements
in accord with their experience, knowledge and
expertise. DTS will agree independently and in advance
on the basis for our fees and expenses and will charge
fees and expenses that are reasonable, legitimate and
commensurate with the services that we deliver and the
responsibility we accept. We will immediately notify our
clients of any influence on our objectivity and will
offer to withdraw our services or consulting engagement
when our objectivity or integrity may be compromised.

4: Professionalism |

DTS and
our agents will respect the intellectual property of our
clients, other consulting firms, and we will not use any
proprietary information or methodologies without
permission. DTS will not advertise our services in a
deceptive manner and will not misrepresent the
consulting and training profession.

5: Fraud, Dishonesty & Criminal Conduct |

Fraud,
dishonesty or criminal conduct by any DTS
employee, contractor, consultant or Executive
Advisory Board member (agent) is prohibited.

6: Protection of DTS Assets, Information &
Client Base |
|
DTS agents must
protect company assets, information, resources,
methodologies and client base. Improper use of the
above mentioned, the reproduction of or disclosure
of our client base is prohibited.

7: Compliance with Law & Company Policies |

DTS agents are
expected to comply with all Federal and State laws
and with all DTS internal policies and
procedures. |
