Confirmation
Confirmation of all engagements will be sent daily at
the close of business.
Invoicing
Each invoice is accompanied with a client acknowledgement
form.
Terms are net 10 unless other arrangements have been
made.
All past due invoices are subject to an interest rate of
1.5% per month.
Confidentiality
Certain services we provide require you to provide
information such as client email addresses, phone
numbers, physical locations, product descriptions,
delivery dates, pricing, contract terms and conditions
and service level agreements. At
DTS, we use this information to provide the requested
services to you or your clients.
We will neither share this information
with other companies or individuals outside of
DTS employees and its Executive Advisory Board nor
disclose or sell this information to other
companies or individuals.
